What we do not collect
We do not pull or store credit bureau reports (e.g. CIBIL, NCB) as part of our quiz or recommendation flow. We are not a credit bureau.
How we use information
We use data to operate and improve the site, show relevant card recommendations, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal data to telemarketers.
When you apply for a card
If you click "Apply" you leave CardHungry and go to the bank or partner's website. Their privacy policy governs any personal data you submit there. We may receive confirmation of application status through affiliate networks without seeing your full application.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
